Of course, you are looking forward to receiving our fantastic products quickly after placing your order.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Use the number to monitor the progress of your order with Swiss Post and to check the delivery date.
We typically use B-Post, which is free for orders over 150 CHF.
For a small surcharge, we can also ship via A-Post.
Preorders/ Split Shipment
If the order contains a preorder product, we send the whole order at the release date.
We do not offer split shipment.
A-Post (PostPac Priority)
Delivery in 1 business day*
For orders over CHF 150, we charge 4Fr. delivery fees.
For orders under CHF 150, we charge 9Fr. delivery fees.
B-Post (PostPac Economy)
Delivery in 2-3 business days*
For orders over CHF 150, shipping is free.
For orders under CHF 150, we charge 7Fr. delivery fees.

TwoMoons delivers exclusively to Switzerland and ships the goods through Swiss Post.
Payment
The payment term is 5 days from the date of the invoice.
If payment is not made within 7 days, the contract will be automatically terminated.
*Orders received before 14:00.
**Orders received & paid before 14:00 will be posted the same day. Weekends excluded.
