Description
Tainted Grail is a survival and exploration game that merges the Arthurian legend with Celtic mythology into a dark, captivating vision. Players take on the roles of four extraordinary characters, facing challenges that even stronger and wiser heroes could not overcome. Driven by the overwhelming power of the Wyrd, they set out to save Avalon from ruin.
Each player selects one of the four unique characters, each with different starting conditions and abilities. Together or alone, they explore Avalon, interact with its inhabitants, uncover mysterious locations, gather food, and battle countless enemies. In combat and diplomacy encounters, an innovative card system comes into play. Players repeatedly read passages from the Book of Discoveries and make choices that influence the course of the game, with certain characters being crucial in key moments.
