Jede Runde wählst du mit deinem Teleskop eines von fünf Aktionsfeldern – etwa Forschung, Entdeckung oder Einfluss – und kannst diese im Laufe des Spiels gezielt weiterentwickeln. Du sammelst Karten für Planeten und Sternsysteme, kombinierst Linsen in drei Farben, um wissenschaftliche Durchbrüche zu erzielen, und musst gleichzeitig den gefürchteten Inquisitoren ausweichen – oder sie sogar zu deinem Vorteil nutzen.

In Galileo Galilei – And Yet It Moves, you become a trailblazer of astronomy in a time when science is under threat. Discover planets, chart unknown star systems, and upgrade your telescope while navigating the dangers of obscurantism.
Each round, use your telescope to select one of five core actions – from research to discovery – and gradually improve their effects throughout the game. Collect cards representing planets and star systems, gather lenses in three colors to make groundbreaking discoveries, and keep an eye on the Inquisitors: they can destroy your fame in an instant… unless you find a way to turn their presence to your advantage.
