The Skitarii Rangers harness the energies of the Forge Worlds in their strange weapons and are relentless, merciless hunters and killers. For them, a fight isn’t over until their enemy is destroyed – even if that means pursuing them across galaxies and decades.

Clad in robes and gas masks, the Skitarii Rangers stalk their prey with galvanic rifles. Each soldier wears heavy, industrialized Skitarii war armor bearing the symbol of the Adeptus Mechanicus and equipped with data-gathering sensors, antennas, and environmental monitors. Given the harsh Martian terrain, the legs from the knees down have been replaced with bionic substitutes, giving each model a touch of cold, cybernetic augmentation.

The unit can include an Alpha, armed with either a radium or arc pistol and a melee weapon (either an energy sword, taser, or arc maul), and three models can carry special weapons – options include a transuranic arquebus, an arc rifle, and a plasma caliver, the latter including a special head and backpack. One model can be converted into an Alpha equipped with an enhanced data-tether or Omnispex – the box truly represents the obsessive data-gathering drive of the Adeptus Mechanicus.

This multi-part plastic kit contains everything needed to build either ten Skitarii Rangers or ten Skitarii Vanguard. The box includes 124 components – 23 heads (11 Skitarii Rangers), 25 weapons, a small transfer sheet, a 60x35.5mm Citadel oval base, and ten 25mm Citadel round bases.
