Your civilisation now grows beyond land borders as fleets explore distant isles trade with remote cities and prepare for inevitable naval conflict. With individual shipyard boards you guide the development of your fleet. Small coloured ships mark your progress across the seas and make strategic choices visible to all. New Armada cards introduce navigators explorers shipowners and pirates adding fresh depth and identity to each civilisation. Isle cards create new opportunities and rewards and significantly enrich player interaction.
Armada introduces new rules while keeping the familiar victory conditions intact. Military science commerce and civil achievements remain central but are now influenced by maritime expansion. Every choice echoes across multiple systems demanding careful planning and timing. A dedicated team variant allows coordinated play with four or six players and adds a new social dynamic.
